The Rexnord Thomas XTSR52 spacer disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed, high-torque coupling used where minimum coupling weight is desirable. The Thomas XTSR52 couplings are API 610 and ISO 14691 compliant when specified as well as ATEX II 2GD c T6 certified. Typical applications include motor and turbine driven pumps, compressors, fans, synchronized rollers, wire feeders and blowers. XTSR52 couplings are compatible with one, two or three sizes larger hubs and available in 23 sizes ranging from 494 through 5258. The Thomas XTSR52 Coupling is engineered to accomodate torque loads up to 2,510,000 lb-in and shaft diameters up to 16.0 inches.

full-floating shaft couplings designed for applications with relatively long distances between connected equipment, either horizontally or vertically. XTSRLS couplings are ideal choice when shaft spacing exceeds maximum length of standard fully machined spacer designs (XTSR52 / XTSR71). Common applications include vertical pumps, fans & blowers, compressors, and paper machines.
