Tilting Disc Check Valve

Tilting Disc Check Valve:

Double Offset, Heavy Duty Design

Highly Efficient, Soft Sealing

A proven design..

AVM Tilting Disc Check Valve was designed for the water industry, taking into account the best available double offset technology, exceeding the requirements of EN 593 (BS5155 & DIN 3354) and AWWA C504.

A wide selection of materials is available; also internal hard rubber lining for saline

applications.

Sizes and pressures go up to DN 3000 and PN 40 as standard (larger possible).

AVM Tilting Disc Check Valve is equipped with hydraulic damper as an option.

Disc seal replacement in the field is easy,

without removal of the valve from the line.

Reduced eccentricity protects the valve and shafts when equipped with damper.

Powder epoxy coating with drinking water

certificate is always applied.

General Advantages of Tilting Disc Check Valves:

1. Smaller installation space requirement
