Control Valves (CVs) 

Control Valves (CVs) are built for severe service control applications including high solids slurry control. They resist wear from the erosion and abrasion that these aggressive applications present by channeling the destructive energies into more benign forms through velocity and pressure control and utilizing hardened trims and coatings.

DSS has designed and built a variety of control valves to handle different applications. Our designs include:

Each variation features an economically replaceable control plate, is fully indexable, and has smart digital positioners and Intelligent Pneumatic Actuator (IPA) cylinders. CFD flow modelling for application specific plates is also available.
